Porgy & Bess
Jazz club Porgy & Bess opened its doors in 1993 amid great scepticism. On several occasions in the early years the club teetered on the brink of throwing in the towel until, suddenly, the public discovered it. So much so, that in 2001 the club had to move to bigger premises because the old location had become too small. Reservations are recommended.
