Bulgari
Bulgari is the largest and most famous jeweller in Rome. As you walk past you'll see one or two pieces displayed attractively in the window, enough to tempt you inside. Once you're inside, you'll think you're in a museum. All the pieces of jewellery are kept neatly behind glass and lit by spotlights. Bulgari specializes in jewellery which features large and colourful stones. Prices vary between the affordable and the outrageously expensive. Their men's watches are in particular demand.

Valentino
Valentino Garavani is without doubt one of Italy's leading fashion icons. Valentino opened his atelier in 1959 and immediately started designing creations for famous names like Sophia Loren, Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy. In 1970 he introduced collections for men and women. These days you'll also find the 'V' logo on various accessories. Valentino's head office is located in the magnificent palace Piazza Mignanelli. You'll find one or two exclusive boutiques nearby which sell his clothing.

Volpetti is a gastronomic institution located on Via Marmorata. The delicatessen has been run by the Volpetti brothers since 1973 and stocks a fabulous selection of tempting products from all around the world. Fresh truffels, a variety of cheeses, honey, dried mushrooms and so much more! The brothers also specialize in all sorts of ham: Piero Montali, Di San Daniele, Fumato as well as different smoked and raw hams. Most products can be vacuum packed - perfect for the trip home!
