This great, trendy cafe is located in a former garage in the pleasant Trastevere district, with its numerous restaurants and cafes. Appropriately enough, the cafe's name means brake and clutch in Italian. The cafe draws a mix of thirty and forty somethings, who come to enjoy a glass of prosecco or a divine cold scroppino (a drink with lemon sorbet, lime and vodka). The interior is warm and inviting with a lovely long bar and a large bookcase. As well as an extensive drinks menu, there are also various delicious little snacks to order with drinks.
