Dobrá cajovna
Prague once had hundred of tea houses where you could spend your time relaxing for hours. During the Soviet rule, a lot of them vanished. Luckily, the tradition now continues and a lot tea houses are open once again. One favourite is Dobrá cajovna, a beautiful tea house in Eastern-Asian style. You'll image yourself to be in another world. There is also a tea shop and a quiet enclosed garden with relaxing Eastern music. In spite of its central location, the tea house can be hard to find. One of Dobrá cajovna assets is that it has reasonable prices.

Rybi trh (Fish Market)
If youâre not a fish eater, you'd better skip this restaurant, because Rybi trh is specialized in fish. That's why it is regarded as 'the' fish restaurant in Prague. This fact is stressed by the enormous aquarium from which the swimmers end up in the frying pan. Next to fish the chefs also prepare lobsters and oysters. It goes without saying that they only use fresh products. They also have an extensive wine cellar with the perfect bottle for your chosen dish.

U Vejvodu
If you want to taste Czech cuisine in Prague, you should certainly visit this restaurant. It harbours a typical Czech atmosphere. U Vejvodu is a bar/restaurant where they serve quality beer and also Czech and international dishes. The building dates from 1403 and U Vejvodu is already open since 1576. Almost everything here is Czech; the staff wears traditional clothing and even the few wines on the menu are all Czech (Morava). Besides Czech beer they also offer traditional spiced sausages and Olomoucke cheese. In short: more Czech that that is impossible!
