Bus services are provided throughout Paris seven days a week from 05.30 a.m. until 01.00 a.m. In spite of this, it's not the city's most convenient form of transport. Roads are busy, buses are generally overcrowded and transfer points are not clearly indicated. The biggest advantage is that you get to see plenty en route. If you have a choice, take the metro.
