Here, they serve various kinds of delicious snails, prepared in many different ways. Every day, they have a today's special, which is invented in the morning by the restaurant owner and chef Laurent Couegnos, with fresh seasonal products as a basis. Escargots remain a luxurious product, and therefore it goes with a price. Clowns are a very obvious presence at the Clown Bar, with its blue-painted ceiling and images of handsome clowns on the walls.
