Hotspots
Every city has its own hotspots. Whether the sun is shining or it's raining cats and dogs, there are lots of activities awaiting you!
Big Ben

The Docklands and Greenwich
You should set aside a whole afternoon for your Docklands visit, and if you want to set your watch according to Greenwich mean time, add the morning too. On the site where warehouses and sheds once stood, you'll now find towering offices and expensive apartment buildings, as well as lots of good restaurants and hip eateries. The Docklands Museum, which explores the story of London's River, Port and People, is also found here. Combine your Docklands visit with a visit to pretty Greenwich village, the home of Greenwich Mean Time and the famous Tea Clipper, The Cutty Sark.

Plenty of people and even more dazzling neon signs. It's a great point to start an afternoon's shopping because it connects directly to Regent Street, one of central London's major shopping streets.
