Belgische Centrum van het Beeldverhaal (Comic Strip Museum)
Belgium is famous for its many comic strips and comic strip artists. Tintin, and the Smurfs are among the most famous of these. In hommage to this, there's a museum in Brussels dedicated to the comic strip, the Belgische Centrum voor het Beeldverhaal (Comic Strip Museum). The museum is situated in a wonderful Art Nouveau style warehouse built by Victor Horta in 1903 and houses various exhibitions. Examples include a guided tour of the greatest exponents of the comic strip and a description of the various stages involved in Ãts making. If you're a comic strip fan, the museum's definitely worth a visit!

Brewery Museum
Real beer lovers will love the Brewery Museum on the Grote Markt, where they tell you everything about the brewing of a tasty Belgian pint. You'll be taken on a guided tour of the cellar past the brewing and fermentation vats, the cauldron and items from an 18th century brewery. There's also a cafe which has a display of all sorts of objects from inns of the past and a modern brewery. And, of course, there's a tasting room where you can sample different delicious beers.
