Dance, theatre and art form the basis of the 10 day Over het IJ Festival (Festival on the IJ). The festival is staged at the former NDSM shipbuilding yard in Amsterdam Noord among container ships and an old Russian submarine, to the background bustle of the IJ. This spot, known for the numerous creative companies based here, is the ideal location for this unique event.
